Pontevedra

So, I got up early that day and had a short walk in Vigo and then took the train to Pontevedra. My next stop in Galicia was only 30 minutes away from Vigo and the train passes near the whole ria (some kind of estuary) which is really beautiful and makes you forget the time is passing... I arrived in Pontevedra where I met A. (thanks for the couch!), she showed me the city, gave me a map for later and even managed to cook some pimientos de padron before going to work. Really nice!
I then went for a walk on my own (like the big boy I am!) and spent nearly 6 hours in the old town. I just roamed and roamed around, took pictures and even watched a nice concert by a local rock'n'roll band in a square. Late in the evening I was too tired and just went to bed after talking with A. for awhile...
